They adjust from 2kg-4kg-8kg-12kg-16kg-20kg-24kg-28kg- 32kg using a simple twist of the handle when placed inside the cradle. Uses steel plates and still works like new. Warning - TYDAX bench is not some amazon basics product - it’s heavy. I’d estimate around 100 pounds. It has a front handle and wheels obviously so it’s easy enough to move around your home gym but if you need to move it up or down stairs to get into your gym, be prepared for the weight. It’s also very solid - frame made of 11 gauge steel and powder coated matte black. It has a 1000 pound weight capacity. I am 250 pounds and have bench pressed 365 pounds on this bench and it doesn’t wobble at all. Padding is high quality, no wear and tear. The seat pad is 12 inches long while the back pad is 39.5 inches long so this bench will accommodate tall people easily.
