Navy Strapless Dress

A simple, navy, shirred fabric, casual, strapless dress. Size S but fits XS and M. Fabric is shirred for maximum stretch. Poly/Cotton blend. Wear day or evening, layered or solo. The tag was SO itchy so I immediately removed it. It's never been worn. I didn't love it on me but it was really comfortable and easy to dress up or down so I kept it optimistically. All summer it sat. Don't remember the brand.
