Up for sale we have this Rare Vintage Mattel Lil Love Notes Kelly Doll. Looks to be New in box. All notes on the doll are in working condition, make noise, play. Box is not perfect, creasing/crushing, one small tearing, wear, and some water stain BUT NOT ON THE DOLL etc, Mattel Toys. Considering Her age, She is still pretty nice. You squeeze Her hands, belly, legs and torso, and She make musical notes via a diaphragm inside.
