It has an big and beautiful rooftop with the view of the lake, it is a newly built condo 50 meters from the distillery, the nearest subway is King station (15 min walk) and 2 min walk from streetcar on king st. west. Aminities - Gym, Co-working space, family room, party room, pet spa, Movie room, guest parking allowed and BBQ facilities. Parking fee you’d have to pay yourself, guest parking is free but limited number of times per month. House has microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge, stove etc. I’m subleasing the condo for 6 months because I am leaving the country, the landlord is happy to extend the lease if you wish to continue living there after 6 months. I usualy go to cherry beach whenever I feel bored, latenight walks near distillery is a plus point, no frills/ starbucks/ rabba/ cobs bread is 5 min walk.
