Older home is located in Coaldale. One person occupancy only. No pets (small tank fish/caged animals yes), no drugs/smoking/partying. Looking to rent large basement room with shared bathroom, access to the common areas like kitchen, living room, storage room, laundry, yard, driveway, garage ect. Basically a roommate lol Security system setup. We have one large 🐕 and a 🐈 in the home. One adult downstairs and a toddler and I upstairs. $800 damage deposit, 800/month rent, includes utilities, internet and monthly house cleaners, and you can use the kitchenware. Can provide a mini fridge. Shared cost for household items like toilet paper/dishwasher pods ect. Message with a bit about yourself, like occupation, reason for moving, some references ect. AC portable unit in kitchen/dinning room. Basement is very cool.
