Clothing Steamer (Rowenta Precision Valet)

Purchased this a long time ago, the steamer functions as seen in the pictures, just takes up too much space in my condo. The arm sometimes comes apart, cannot be lifted from the hanger portion or it will come apart. Wheels don’t roll properly anymore. The steamer IS FUNCTIONAL!
