Sirocco - MENA Cookbook

This cookbook is largely a reimaging of European dishes with Persian flavours. By adding new flavour dimensions onto familiar dishes, it's a great introduction to a new region of food without going too far outside of your comfort zone. It's a great cookbook, but thinning out my collection, which is quite excessive.
