This all-inclusive, fully furnished home features new furnishings and is directly across from the Georgian Peaks Ski Club, a couple of minutes’ walk away. It also has great bike trails and a scenic location. Beautiful comfortable home with Smart TV / sourround sound with premium movies and channels. Unlimited high-speed FIBE internet is provided for entertainment or working from home situations. There is a sectional with electronic recliners and a futon that can be used as another bed for more sleeping occupancy. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a matching dresser with a mirror, chest, and bedside tables, an ensuite, and a large walk-in closet. The middle room has a queen-size bed, and the third room has a double-size bed. The Kitchen is equipped with all cooking pots and pans, kitchen cutlery, plates, cups, glasses and utensils. The rate is for the ski season, but please contact us for dates outside of December to March. A full contract is required to be signed. I would also need a copy of two government-issued IDs for each tenant which will be on the contract. Two references with contact information are also required.
