The volleyball fits securely into the holder and attaches to the adjustable waist belt with an elastic rebound cord, allowing the ball to return after each hit. Great for repetitive drills and developing technique, coordination and consistency. Also includes two finger/hand training straps for working on hand positioning and ball control.
