Vintage Mid 90s Romper

Lying flat measurements - Waist is 14.5” and Bust is 16”. Sleeve is 8.5”.
Photos show loose threads but if you fold the lapels appropriately they will sit and not show. The material is flowy for a hot summer day but it is a structured cut. There is not a lot of room for adjustment.
It has a cute tie at the back. The tag says large but it fits like a medium.
