Brand new, sealed 5 gallon pail of INSL-X Fire Retardant Paint. Professional-grade latex intumescent coating has a white flat finish. This interior paint is designed to retard flame spread on primed or previously painted wood, drywall, and masonry. Can be rolled, brushed or sprayed on, just like regular paint. We bought 2 of these for over $800 each at Benjamin Moore and didn't need the 2nd one, but they're special order and can't be returned. I have the full SDS sheets that I can send if interested.
