Ikea Parup couch

Just redecorated and the new couch has already arrived so looking to get this couch sold asap :) Smoke-free, pet-free home. Dedicated parking area for pick-up. Delivery is not an option. I live in a 3rd floor walk-up so couch will be partially disassembled for easy transport. Comes with printed ikea instructions.
