Utility pump with 1.1 HP energy-saving motor performs well, draining water up to 4700 gallons per hour at 5 ft. The submersible pump runs smoothly without wasting too much electricity. Constructed with a quality and impact-resistant thermoplastic casing, which makes the pump more robust and corrosion-resistant. Unique water sensor switch with non-return valve drains water to the lowest level of 1/25 inch without back-flow. Built-in automatic thermal overload prevents the motor from dry burning when in short of water and protects the pump from damage. The sump pump with removable strainer base is easy to clean. Filters debris and handles up to 1/5" solids. Includes adapters for NPT 1-1/2" discharge hose, GHT 3/4" garden hose and an adapter suitable for Ф 1-1/4", Ф 1", or NPT 1" hose. (1-1/2'' discharge hose is recommended for better water flow effect) Before using the pump, submerge this pump into the water at an inclined angle to remove excess air. Plugs in to run while unplugs to stop (Does not support automatic start/stop).
