There's also a lock underneath to attach/detach each piece. Arm rest is modular as well, may adjust left or right facing chaise. Small storage box has 2 outlet plug and x2 usb plugs. Great for charging gadgets. Back rest is movable if you'd like to convert to a sofa bed. Bought for 6500+ This is a steal.
