Vintage book: Doctor Zhivago by Boris Pasternak

Vintage copy of Doctor Zhivago by Boris Pasternak. First printing of the revised English edition published in New York by Pantheon in 1958. There is a note on the inside cover as well as a really cool old telegram from 1963 used as a bookmark from its previous owner. There is some wear consistent with its age.
