Vintage (Likely) Sterling Silver Ring

This is a difficult piece because while there is a clear stamp inside the band, I can’t make out what it says. The ring belonged to my husband’s grandmother so I don’t know its history. Because of that, I can’t guarantee that it’s silver but I’m pretty sure it is.
