Vintage Sterling Silver Heart Ring

Selling a vintage sterling silver ring with a small green heart detail. It's marked 'STER' and 'KBN' on the inside of the band.
This ring is VERY small. I don’t know the exact size, but I would imagine this was made for a child.
It’s tarnished, but a good jewelry bath will get it shining again like new. I also can’t be sure what the stone is.
