Mesh DIY Magnetic Tank Lid Materials Mostly used materials, some pieces not used You cut and use as much of each material you need, so Im not sure total lengths of the magnetic strips Mesh is approx. 24” x 20”, but has some rips in it. I would say you could comfortably make a lid for 1-2 small tanks The adhesive is pretty strong, but would use glue to adhere the used strips just to ensure the adhesion is stronger
