This is a hardcover, abridged, 19th edition of the historical war romance novel, Tom Brown's Schooldays, by Thomas Hughes. It was originally published in 1857 by Ryerson Press in Toronto. This book is in good condition for its age. It has some wear and tear on the cover and spine. The pages are yellowed, but the text is still legible. A wonderful addition to any bookshelf!
