Pokémon TCG Sealed Sale

Hello, I am selling some of my Pokémon sealed products. Collectr value is $405 I am selling at 85% of collectr value which equals $345. If buying CASH or PayPal Friends and Family Items have always been stored in a storage container with a lid in room temperature condition in my bedroom. Great care has been taken, no rips or imperfections on any of the items. What is in the collection: 1x Mega Charizard X UPC 2x black bolt sticker collections 9x destined rivals sleeved booster packs 3x Phantasmal Flames sleeved booster packs Ideally I am looking for cash for this lot. If you have some trade proposals I’m open to them, but cash is preferred. Trade would need to be equal to the value of my collection $405) or in my favour. Meetup at a bank in Etobicoke is my preferred option during the day - to ensure safety and secure transaction. I can deliver in and around gta for a small fee based on KM travelled.
