Central location: 7 minutes walk to the 29th Avenue sky train station, within 15 minutes ride to Metro or downtown, also bus route #33 to UBC # 16# 26 #25 to BCIT school. Easy access to highways. Convenient neighborhood: grocery, parks, restaurants, and community center in walking distance. Looking for a tenant who is quiet, clean, responsible, non-smoking, no pets, able to rent for minimum six months. Reference and credit check required.
