Free Panier/Backpack- damaged

Porch Pickup only from DuPont and Spadina road. I can arrange a time to leave it outside for you. One back strap has come off due to a large tear (see photo) so would need repair if using as a backpack. Every thing else works, can be used as a regular panier still. Has a waterproof removable inner bag that I think is wearing out in the same spot as the tear.
