Room for rent

MUST BE OK WITH BIG DOGS. 1 decent sized bedroom available in a 3 bedroom main floor of a house. There are already 2 people living in the unit, as well as a large black lab. There is only 1 bathroom. Laundry is in the basement and is shared with the tenants of the basement apartment. Parking, laundry, and all utilities (except internet) included in rent. $500 damage deposit. The room is available semi furnished with a queen sized bed, a desk, a tv stand and a tv, but can be emptied if you'd prefer.
