Handmade studio pottery lidded tureen / covered casserole with bold loop handles and a sculptural ring finial. Finished in a saturated cobalt/indigo glaze with organic “eye/crater” spotting and natural kiln variation (pooling, speckling, edge breaks). Strong collector appeal for its one-of-one surface and functional modernist form. Signature / Mark Signed on the base with a hand-painted “BR” monogram (see close-up photo). Maker is unidentified; offered as signed studio pottery.
