This is a vintage pewter glass bottom mug with “Cuttack Club Tennis Doubles 13-2-40” engraved on the side. It is 86 years old!
A quick Google search shows a club with this name in India, see photo 6.
It also has “Made in England 1686” and “English Pewter” stamped on the bottom.
It has a nice patina and is in good condition for its age, just a few scratches . The height is approximately 5 inches.
