Museum Quality Chinese / Thai Sculpture

This sculpture has a hidden inner container for jewels and gold…It was purchased by my aunt in China near the Thai border in the province of Yunnan….the art of the sculpture reflects the culture of both countries in subtle differences…it has authentic stamps stating the area…made of a faux ivory resin that is very stable….she got it over 25 years ago when she was working as a nature photographer…for the department of Philippine tourism … About 14 inches tall…please see the dimensions in the pictures Rare Collector’s item…my Aunt aquired during her travels in south east asia as a photographer …dont ask if its still available…if the ad is up it is.
