This is a vintage Miraculous Medal featuring a raised image of the Virgin Mary on the front.
The inscription around the edge reads, "O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee".
The year 1830 is visible at the bottom. The medal is made of a silver-tone metal, possibly aluminum.
It is an oval-shaped pendant with a jump ring for a chain. The back side typically features the Miraculous Medal symbols, including a large "M" with a cross above it, two Sacred Hearts, and twelve stars.
