This Acroprint ES700 time recorder is great for time and attendance, job costing, and document control. It offers over 150 print configurations and thirteen preset messages. The clock has a built-in perpetual calendar that automatically adjusts for Daylight Saving Time and an internal battery backup to maintain time during power outages. You can select the hour format (12 or 24) and choose from standard minutes, tenths, twentieths, hundredths, and/or seconds. It also includes 13 preset messages like RCVD, SENT, IN, OUT, FILED, CFMD, PAID, USED, FAXED, VOID, ORIGIN, APR’D, and COMPL’D. Font sizes can be adjusted, and language options include English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese. It's made of silver-colored plastic and weighs 227g.
