Vintage decorative planter or piggy bank

This is a decorative planter is a figure of a man wearing a sombrero and bandoliers. It has a hollowed-out section in the middle, perfect for a little cacti or to use as a novelty coin bank. The colours are vibrant. I'm not quite sure how old it is but it is in nearly perfect condition there are no chips or paint missing.
