Looking for a responsible roommate to share a 910 sq. ft. apartment. I am 36 and would prefer a younger roommate (student or young professional) to share the space. The room comes with a single mattress included, or you are welcome to bring your own furniture. Rent is $664/month plus 50% of the power bill. Security deposit is $300. Move-in date is the 1st of the month. Lease term is 6–12 months. The apartment has keyless entry and on-site laundry. I am a smoker, but I smoke strictly outside on the balcony.
