NIU KQi3 Sport Electric Scooter – AS IS

Selling a NIU KQi3 Sport electric scooter with approximately 500 km mileage. Purchased second hand, it’s not in the best shape. Maybe simple connection issues but I do not know how to fix it. Open to reasonable offer. Scooter powers on and rides. At startup, speed sometimes stays around 10–15 km/h. After riding for a few minutes, speed returns to normal (20–30 km/h). Likely a connection or sensor-related issue (not diagnosed). Moving pads need replacement. Cosmetic wear consistent with use. Very Good battery health, almost brand new. Need a new Floorboard Rubber Foot Pad. OEM parts cost $30. Included: NIU KQi3 Sport scooter, Charger. Selling AS IS, no warranty. Best suited for someone handy, a repair project, or parts.
