Stunning antique rimmed bowl (soup/pasta style) by Bishop & Stonier, one of the premier Staffordshire potteries of the Edwardian era. This piece features a delicate transferware pattern of soft pink rose clusters, small blue accent blossoms, and detailed green foliage on a crisp white semi-porcelain body. The rim is gently scalloped with an elegant, lightly weathered gold-gilt edge. The underside bears the highly collectible "BISTO" trade mark alongside the "Imperial Semi Porcelain" shield and the Wand of Caduceus, dating this piece to the late 1890s or very early 1900s.
