92” ceiling-mounted motorized screen with free Epson projector

asking $485 OBO The screen is a ceiling-mounted motorized Elunevision 92" Reference Studio Tab-Tensioned model. Similar to the one shown in the photo. You can set the screen to automatically stop lowering at any selected distance from the floor. Purchased new from Eastporters.com. The screen is in very good condition. It has been used and stored only in climate-controlled environments. I paid $1361 (all in) in 2011. The closest current Elunevision screen sells for $1524 (incl tax) + delivery. Bonus: I will include a free projector: EPSON PROJECTOR PowerLite Pro Cinema 7500 UB. Enjoy the home theater experience in a way you never thought possible. With up to 75,000:1 contrast ratio. This lamp based projector is capable of displaying 1,600 Lumens at its brightest setting with a native resolution of 1920x1080. Remote control included for the projector.
