Dark Grey Marble Baoding Health/Stress Balls

These are a pair of solid grey marble baoding balls. They are often used in ancient Chinese medicine to help relieve stress (similar to our more familiar foam stress balls), and to relax the brain and hand muscles, along with helping with blood flow to the hands and fingers. They come in a nicely patterned yellow zipper bag for storage and carrying them on the go in case of stressful situations, or cramped hands on the go out and about.
