How to use USB video capture adapter: Plug the yellow plug(composite video) and white plug(left audio) into the camera. USB plugs into your laptop (or tv if you want to watch videos there). It converts analog RCA signal → digital video file. Open the camera on your laptop, set to record and flip the camera to the back facing camera. The video and audio from the camcorder will appear, record as you play it back.
