Vintage pencil skirt

Vintage navy blue skirt. Flattering high waisted fit with pockets, ruched details at the waist, and zipper at the back. No size tag, but would best fit a size 26. When laid flat, waist measures 13" across, hips measure 18.5-19" across, and length measures 28".
