ACE Gift Collection Rose Tea Cup Set

This set includes two tea cups, matching saucers, and two spoons. All pieces feature a rose pattern with gold-toned trim. It comes in the original presentation box.
There are black marks on the tea cups. I tried to clean it off with water only. I might of gotten it off with more scrubbing but didn't want to ruin it more.
It's a beautiful set. The spoons are very pretty.
