Rustic Farmhouse Style Dining Set

Dining table: Solid kiln dried reclaimed and new pine top with steel base. Kiln drying helps prevent wood from cracking or warping. By nature, wood will expand and contract with changes in weather, temperature and humidity. Expect natural variations in wood grain and colouring. This collection is minimally finished for intentional rustic character, resulting in uneven areas of the table top surface. Dining table Dimensions: 41”W x 41”D x 30”H Width between table legs: 38" Clearance: 28" Dining chair dimensions: Seat 17.75'' H X 17.25'' W X 17'' D Overall Dimensions 35.3'' H X 17.3'' W X 21'' D Overall Product Weight 10 lb. I can only sell this as a set as I am changing to a different height dining table. This set is rustic aesthetic so expect unevenness on the wood, texture, and finish. It is not perfect. The chairs also have minor scratches (see photos for more details). However, the set is in great working condition. The table is from Urban Barn, model called Brody, costing $499 brand new. The chairs are from Wayfair from brand Laurel Foundry, model is Fordwich Solid Wood Side Chair, which is about $578 for 4. The entire set after tax costs about $1200 but I am selling everything for $375. For pick up only in Markham-Thornhill area.
