Unique ,Vintage Soviet (USSR) Mid 20th Century, specifically the 1960s. Hand Painted Porcelain Vase in the Rococo style, featuring elaborate scrollwork, gilded details, and 3D floral elements. It is designed as a footed Centerpiece or Urn for display. Characterized by its scrolled handles, footed base, and lavish gold accents. Aesthetic: The combination of cream porcelain and hand-painted gold detailing is a hallmark of this era's decorative items. The inscription on the front, "Поздравляю", is in Russian and translates to "Congratulations" The word is frequently used for general celebrations such as birthdays, weddings, or anniversaries. The stamps on the base are standard quality used by Soviet factories: 1-С (1-й сорт): This stands for "1st Sort" or First Quality.
