Large Indoor Dracaena Plant

I purchased the Dracaena Plant 1.5 years ago because I wanted some plants in my apartment, but I’m realizing I’m not someone who’s capable to take good care of this plant as I’m in the office too often and late. The plants leaves have drooped and browned over the years and I would like a capable owner to take care of this plant better. The plant is 4.5ft high but used to be closer to 5.5 when I purchased it. There are two stems. The pot is a very odd pot but used to be very healthy in it until I stopped caring for the plant.
