We're looking for a reliable tenant to rent our cozy two-bedroom basement in North Oshawa. The space is fully furnished, making it perfect for students or working professionals. Please note that we have a no-pet and no-smoking policy. We're planning to add a separate entrance this summer, and we're excited to find the right person. Free wifi and hydro. No parking. Gas and water 30% (water bill is every 3months)
