Only issue is the one of the screws for one of the arms doesn't tighten all the way. Otherwise really good condition, barely used. Bought on Amazon 2 years ago. Comes with neck pillow and lumbar pillow. Fully reclines. Best suited for a woman/child as the seat and height of the chair is smaller than standard. Just uses an Allen key for tightening.
