It has a minimalist, matte-glazed, studio-crafted aesthetic. The bottom features a hand-incised studio signature with the Japanese/Chinese character 潮 (Shio / Chao). There are light surface discoloration spots on the matte body, which is standard for unglazed or low-sheen matte stoneware. No chips or cracks, excellent condition.
