Vintage home made dress 1960s blue polka dot

Unique Fun punky white polka dot blue dress. Made of polyester? It's hand sewn vintage 1960s era. Not the rips under the arms u may wish to repair. Comes with hand stitched patch/pocket "bike love" added in 2000s. Holds keys, mp3 players etc. probably size 14. I'm 12 and it's loose. See measurements in photo.
