Cookware Bundle - Pot, Frying Pan & Lid

Black pot with handles and a glass lid & frying pan. Pot has these little rust marks on the inside, while the frying pan has a burn marks right in the centre interior. I’m not sure if this can come out or not. Also not sure how the little rust spots appeared all over the inside of the pot and don’t know how to remove, if it’s even possible.
