Red button-up cardigan

Red button-up cardigan with white and blue chest stripes. Ribbed knit texture. Very well made - no loose threads, great stitch work, tightly knit. But, there’s no tag so I don’t know the brand name. Size looks to be S to XS. Not sure what the fabric is, but it’s very soft. Really bright, vibrant red. Got it for my sister originally but it’s not her style. No stains/holes/rips/marks/etc. In perfect, like-new condition.
