Blue floral midi dress

A lovely blue midi dress with a white floral print. It features short puff sleeves and a flattering V-neckline. Perfect for a sunny day out! This is very cute , worn only once but the bust is too large for me or may fit better someone with larger shoulders . Size L, 95% polyester and not lined but doesn’t seem transparent. made in China.
