Room available close to Joyce station for Oct 1st. Only girls (one person only), 2 bedroom house shared with me. Rent includes all utilities we have ac and heater, dishwasher etc and cleaning service once a month that’s included too. First month discount $1200 and following months 1375. Im a working professional and im looking for someone who works full time, clean, quiet and responsible. No pets. Street parking available.
