NEW 40-inch transparent number balloon kit

I bought a a bunch of numbers of a kid’s party and have some left over. These are all brand new and will not come with air in them. They come with two balloon pieces, the number and the bow, so you can use them with or without the bow. It also comes with glue dots. The sizes are also shown in the photos.
