This is a traditional Dutch-style windmill rendered in Oil on canvas board. To verify the authenticity of the work: the board can be quickly removed displaying the artist's name on back. Featuring a red bodied smock wind mill with white sails, flanked by lush greenery trees and a small boat in the distance. Artist : M. Moston in the lower right corner. Era: Circa painted between ( 1940s-1960s ) while M. Moston is not widely documented, the quality of the brushwork-particularly the reflections in the water and the atmospheric handling of the sky suggests a skilled hand.
